Stainless steel rod used as a theme relating to the springs on the front end. Starting from the front fender and headlight mount, to the underside of the gas tank, top engine mount, gas tank and seat trim. Frame has extensive shaping and metal molding.
Gas tank incorporates a sight glass on the left side. Stainless steel grips have wire detail at the ends.

Starting from a 1 to 1 scale drawing, this project required us to fabricate the frame, the sheet metal, handlebars, foot controls, left side drive with zero engine offset and zero rear axle adjustment. Seat incorporates a hidden adjustable suspension system. Primary is a BDL 3 inch belt drive with a removable cover. Rear brake master cylinder, oil lines, hydraulics, fuel lines, electrics, are hidden. Images are a mock up for final metal work before body and paint.

2007 build with a 124 CI S&S engine. We fabricated all of the sheet metal, handlebars. and foot controls, as well as designed the one off triple trees that are 2 inches wider than a stock wide glide for a 200mm tire. Under the seat is the electrical box, housing battery and IST ignition. Oil tank is mounted at the lower front of the frame, the shape of which is based on the radiator inlet/exit housing of a P51 Mustang fighter. Keeps oil exposed to more air and oil lines can be hidden.
Frame alterations and gas tank side profile have a air-foil cross section appearance.
Wheel design compliments the shape.
