

Frame is designed and built by us using a donor frame for the neck, engine-trans. base mounts and axle adjusters.
Last test fitting in black primer after in house bodywork.

We designed and constructed the carb / fuel valve covers, top motor mount and boxed frame top mount to hide all lines and cables. Stainless steel exhaust with internal ceramic coating.
Fabricated forward controls and top motor mount are made of stainless steel.

Modified headlight with a hidden mount that has internal wiring.
Our frame design has the axle supports inside dimension the same as the width of the fender.

Foot controls fabricated from stainless steel. Many of our builds have one of a kind controls so as to keep with a theme, fit to the client and be of clean design. The examples posted are made so that the foot peg rotates with the levers and have a discreet seam line to the frame mount with the same diameter.
Stainless steel chain guard doubles as the hidden mount for the licence plate white L.E.D. housing. Internal plumbing conceal the wires.
Offset final drive unit.
1 3/4'' diameter handlebars with relief cuts to fit dual master cylinder controls. Lines and wires are all internal.
Gas tank built to fit a frame with tight tolerances. Dimples are for front end steering allowance.
Seven inch diameter oil tank made from 1/4 inch thick aluminum tube stock, strong enough to use center mountings, virtually invisible in a custom frame. Underside shaped to clear starter motor and conform fit to a BDL three inch belt drive electric start primary.








Air cleaner altered so that the jaw is indexed to move with the throttle. Closed at idle, open as pictured at full throttle.
Custom component stand with screened shelving and side panels to aid cooling.
Designed for a customer. Aluminum plate with bevel edging for strength and to have the appearance of being 1/4'' thick. The backbone section has brass hinges connecting the components together. Over 400 pieces used for it alone.

Clay used on a frame and wheel to achieve the best fit for making the mould on a custom Softail project.
Modified handlebars and risers for internal plumbing. We eliminated the need for mirror stems.
We fabricated the stainless steel grips. Discreet LED turn signals are on the underside of the master cylinders.
