120 ci 'square' engine. Bore & stroke are the same size.

We designed the unique hub and axle spacers that conceal the wheel bearings.

Ride Wright brand, 'Fat Daddy', 50 stainless steel spoke wheels.
Custom, one of a kind dimensions made to fit the specifics for this project.
We made the unique gas tank with scallops for increased steering clearances.


Front end and fender have been modified for fitment and distinction.
We fabricated the handlebars that custom fit the contours of the hand controls.


2005 Fatboy. 240mm wide tire conversion, air shocks and raked billet chromed front end.

Foot controls, floorboards, handlebars and grips changed.

Brake line and wires are plumbed inside the handlebars.

The wide tire kit had chromed aluminum struts. We fabricated new steel struts to provide more strength, a better fit and hidden mounts for quick detachable saddlebag brackets. The front of the struts are stretched and shaped to complement the seat and oil tank.
Seat base was modified to fit tight to the unique contours.




Built 2001. Constructed with performance requirements for the client. 113 CI engine modified and Dyno tuned to 130 rear wheel horsepower. Gas tank is a heavily modified six gallon set. Tail section, seat, grips, pegs, headlight mounts, licence plate, and stainless steel brackets fabricated. Wheels made to our specs. We polished the engine and transmission.
